Nephew of the late tyrant Andross and formerly a member of Star Wolf, Andrew's been kicked to the curb because Wolf was sick of him and his nepo baby shennaigans, and with Star Wolf no longer tied to Andross's armies, they had little reason to keep him around. Andrew's been bitter and enraged ever since, and has decided to follow Andross's footsteps by conquering the galaxy—but without the resources he once had, he was quickly taken in by Star Spaniel. However, since they don't quite trust the Cornerian military to deal with him properly, Fay and Miyu have opted to effectively kidnap him and force him to get his life together. So, Andrew's been crashing in their basement and rethinking all his life choices. He's found interest in trashy space operas and greasy fast food, and though he's still really annoying, at least he's not trying to conquer the galaxy for now. He gets roped into helping with the project to take down the military's child super-soldier operation by hacking into their systems, but that's about all the help he'll offer his former foes (and only because Fay and Miyu promised him chips if he did.)
