Abigail Kathleen Breslin (born April 14, 1996) is an American actress and singer. Born and raised in New York City, Breslin began acting in commercials when she was three years old and made her film debut in M. Night Shyamalan's science fiction horror film Signs (2002), for which she was nominated for a Young Artist Award. Her early roles also included Raising Helen (2004) and The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement (2004). Breslin rose to prominence with the comedy-drama film Little Miss Sunshine (2006), for which she received a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress at age 10. She went on to establish herself as a mainstream actress with roles in the films No Reservations (2007), Nim's Island (2008), Definitely, Maybe (2008), My Sister's Keeper (2009), Zombieland (2009), Rango (2011), The Call (2013), August: Osage County (2013), Maggie (2015), Freak Show (2017), Zombieland: Double Tap (2019), and Stillwater (2021). Between 2015 and 2016, she had a starring role in the horror-comedy series Scream Queens on Fox, her first regular role in a television series.

Springlocked II is a 2028 American supernatural action horror film directed by Robert Eggers and written by him, Scott Cawthon and Christian Bale from a story by Cawthon based on the Springtrap character from the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise. It is the second installment in the William Afton trilogy. The film stars Cara Delevingne as Charlotte Emily, Abigail Breslin as Elizabeth Afton, Joe Keery as Michael Afton, and Christian Bale as Springtrap, with Andrew Lincoln, Rosamund Pike, Kelly Reilly, and Samuel L. Jackson in pivotal roles. In the film, Charlotte protects those she loves from Springtrap when new killings emerge near old Fazbear Entertainment establishments. Springlocked II had its world premiere at the 85th Venice International Film Festival on November 10th, 2028, and was released theatrically on December 16th; it received widespread acclaim from critics, audiences, and fans, with critics calling it an improvement over the first film and praised its action, performances, visuals, atmosphere, the dark tone and emotional weight. A final sequel is in development.
