Paul Harrison Tibbitt IV (Born: May 13, 1968) is an American animator, television producer, writer, storyboard artist, songwriter, voice actor, and director, best known for working on the animated series SpongeBob SquarePants.
After settling in Green Hills, SpongeBob is eager to prove that he has what it takes to be a true hero. His test comes when Dr. Plankton returns with a new partner, Larry, in search of a mystical emerald that has the power to destroy civilizations. SpongeBob teams up with his own sidekick, Sandy, and together they embark on a globe-trotting journey to find the emerald before it falls into the wrong hands.
