Frank Theodore 'Ted' Levine (born May 29, 1957) is an American actor. He is best known for his roles as Buffalo Bill in The Silence of the Lambs and Captain Leland Stottlemeyer in the television series Monk.
Kevin, who is suffering from dissociative identity disorder and has 23 alter egos, kidnaps three teenaged girls. They must figure out his friendly personas before he unleashes his 24th personality, the beast.
