Black sheep merman prince Aaron leaves his overprotective family to see the human world for himself; the humans he meets are autistic introvert Erika Anderson, recently orphaned siblings Carla and Morgan Prince, and fictional content creator Lewis Carlyle. Together these guys conspire to hide Aaron by creating analog horror content to manipulate audiences. This works until the group learns of the wildlife activists trying to hunt down mermaids and Aaron’s uncle Urbano hunting down their family.
