Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
Two adventurous journalists, Spirou and Fantasio, run into fantastic adventures, aided by Spirou's pet squirrel Spip and their inventor friend the Count of Champignac.
