Police detective Zeke Banks, the son of legendary Captain Marcus Banks, has endured years of hatred and harassment in his New York neighborhood for turning in a corrupt cop. When an undercover operation takes a difficult turn, the current captain assigns Banks a rookie partner, William Schenk.
