Jason Isaacs (born 6 June 1963) is an English actor. He is best known for his portrayal of Colonel William Tavington in The Patriot (2000), Michael D. Steele in Black Hawk Down (2001), Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter franchise series (2002–2011), Captain Hook in Peter Pan (2003), James Wolfe in Battle of the Brave (2004), Antonio Pérez in The Escorial Conspiracy (2007), Georgy Zhukov in The Death of Stalin (2017), and John Godfrey in Operation Mincemeat (2021). His television roles include Dr. Hunter Aloysius "Hap" Percy in the Netflix supernatural mystery drama streaming series The OA (2016–2019) and Captain Gabriel Lorca in Star Trek: Discovery (2017–2018). His voice acting roles include Admiral Zhao in the first season of Avatar: The Last Airbender (2005) and the second season of The Legend of Korra (2013), and the Grand Inquisitor/Sentinel in Star Wars Rebels (2014–2016). Isaacs has appeared on stage as Louis Ironson in Declan Donnellan's 1992 and 1993 Royal National Theatre premiere of Tony Kushner's Pulitzer Prize-winning play Angels in America: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes and as hitman Ben in a 2007 revival of Harold Pinter's 1957 play The Dumb Waiter at Trafalgar Studios in the West End. He was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor—Miniseries or Television Film for The State Within (2006) and for the British Academy Television Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of Harry H. Corbett in The Curse of Steptoe (2008). He also was nominated for the International Emmy Award for Best Actor, won the Satellite Award for Best Actor—Miniseries or Television Film for Case Histories (2011–2013), and was nominated for the Satellite Award for Best Actor—Television Series Drama for Brotherhood (2006–2008). Peter Parker is finally on his final year of College and focusing on a prosperous relationship with Gwen. His Job at the Daily Bugle is going well but hes noticed some tension between him and Eddie. Peter's boss Jameson wants peter to photograph his Son at a party the night before hes being sent to space. Little did peter know that night some old shadows would strike. A thug who peter put away early in his career named Mac Gargan had escaped with new info that Spiderman was close with Peter Parker. Gargan breaks into Peter's home hoping to find him there but instead its just Aunt May. Mac then beats her within an inch of her life hoping to get info on Peter or Spiderman. After that Peter swore he'd bring him to justice for aunt may. MJ starts getting closer with Peter and Both Eddie and Gwen Hate it. After Jameson saw that Pictures of Spidey ended up front page instead of His Own Son he got in touch with Mac Gargan who showed up looking for Peter Parker. Jameson and Gargan struck a deal and Jameson gave this high powered suit to Gargan making him the scorpion. When he found out he couldnt take it off he tried to Kill Jameson but Spidey Arrives just in Time.
