Four years after Avengers: Secret Wars and following the first X-Men movie, Peter Parker discovers a young mutant, Jubilee, being hunted by Mister Negative and a dangerous alliance of villains from his past. Peter takes Jubilee to Professor X for protection, making him to team up with the X-Men to stop the villains and prove that the X-Men aren't the enemy.
