In this movie we finally meet Uncle Ben from the MCU, Peter's uncle who was his father figure, instilling in him his passion for science and educating him under certain ideals of ethics, who died shot by a thief, being what prompted Peter to be a vigilante. During the movie we would see flashbacks about the beautiful relationship he had with his niece and about his death.
