After the death of his uncle Uncle Ben, Peter decides to use his abilities to protect people from crime and accidents. At the same time, he encounters his great and powerful opponents, as superhuman as himself. The ruthless and powerful Kingpin is the unlimited lord of the entire criminal underworld and plans to extend his enormous destructive influence to the entire city. Dr. Octopus uses its numerous tentacles instead of its shoulders to seize anything that occurs near it. Scorpion is a supersecret hidden in a mechanical armored skeleton, which multiplies its power and strike with a poisonous sting on the tail. The Lizard was once a scientist of fine manners, but an unfortunate accident in the laboratory turned him into a humanoid lizard with superhuman strength and a highly developed criminal intelligence. The insidious alien Venom and the insane Hobgoblin are constantly conspiring to destroy Spider-Man, who is threatening their plans. The only hope for all residents is Spider-Man.
