As mysterious as he is influential, the gentleman known as Gustav Fiers has rubbed elbows with any number of powerful and unscrupulous men, among them names like Fisk, Osborn, Schmidt, Von Doom, and Stryker. A planner by nature, he works from the shadows to carry out a grudge he holds against Spider-Man, one who's source is all too personal for the both of them. And he just might have found the key to coming out on top, thanks to one Zorag the Destroyer but his plan is fatally flawed thanks to the Smile Precure.
