Peter Parker discovers that the man who killed Gwen Stacy, only known as the Goblin, is still on the run. In response, Mayor Norman Osborn, the Goblin’s true identity and a candidate for the U.S. senate, frames Spider-Man for murder and sends various bounty hunters after him, including Sable International and the famed Kraven the Hunter.
