The episode opens with Norman now pretending to be Harry announcing to New York that he is bringing back Oscorp with funding from Wilson Fisk. Meanwhile we see Peter and Otto talking until they see on the news what is happening with Oscorp. Otto tells Peter that Harry was taken and doesn't understand what is happening. The two head over to the reopening of Oscorp where they confront Harry who tells them they can't be there and has security take them away. Peter tells Otto that there is something wrong and when he is around Harry the spider-sense goes crazy. The two head back to May's house where they try and figure out what they're going to do. Just then Alex Bateman aka the Rhino shows up at the door and tells them he wants to help. He tells them Dmitri left him in the dust and Fisk fired him and now he wants revenge. He tells Peter that he doesn't know who is opening Oscorp but the real Harry is still locked up in the old Oscorp building. The three head over and break into the lower level of the building where they find Harry who tells them Norman is alive. Just then the cops show up to stop people from being in the abandoned building. Otto and Alex go up the staircase where they end up fighting the cops. Meanwhile Peter and Harry swing up the elevator shaft but just then a man wearing a lion pelt shows up who tells them his name is Sergei Kravinoff and Spider-Man will die on this day.
