Christopher Julius "Chris" Rock III (born February 7, 1965) is an American comedian, actor, screenwriter, producer, and director. He was voted in the US as the 5th greatest stand-up comedian of all time by Comedy Central. He was also voted in the UK as the 9th greatest stand-up comic on Channel 4's 100 Greatest Stand-Ups in 2007, and again in the updated 2010 list as the 8th greatest stand-up comic. He is known for his roles in Dogma, Beverly Hills Ninja, Lethal Weapon 4, Nurse Betty, The Longest Yard, Bad Company, and a starring role in Down to Earth. Rock has also increasingly worked behind the camera, as a writer and director (and starring actor) of Head of State and I Think I Love My Wife. In the fall of 2005, the UPN television network premiered a comedy series called Everybody Hates Chris, based on Rock's school days, of which he is the executive producer and narrator. The show garnered both critical and ratings success. The series was nominated for a 2006 Golden Globe for Best TV Series (Musical or Comedy), a 2006 People's Choice Award for Favorite New Television Comedy, and two 2006 Emmy Awards for costuming and cinematography. Following the release of his first documentary, 2009's Good Hair, Rock is working on a documentary about debt called Credit is the Devil. In 2010 he starred alongside Adam Sandler in Grown-ups and with fellow comedian/actor Martin Lawrence in the remake of the British film Death at a Funeral.

The episode opens as Sergei looks at Spider-Man and thinks to himself that if he fails his daughter will die. Peter slowly gets up as Sergei backs up. Peter tells Sergei he can help him but Sergei pulls out a gun and aims it at Peter. George rushes in as well as Otto and Alex. We cut to Harry as he leaves May's house to go help Peter but he bumps into Gwen on the way there. The two talk and Harry tells her this isn't a good time. Harry goes to leave but Gwen tells him she loves Peter and Harry tells her he knows. Harry runs over to the Bugle as Peter is thrown out of the building. Harry sees Peter's arms where the suit tore and sees that Peter is dying. Sergei comes down and tells Harry to back up. Just then the cops show up and Sergei is surrounded. Sergei brings out a syringe and tells everyone that he will kill Spider-Man and get his daughter back. Just then Officer Quinten Beck tells Sergei that Fisk is missing and they found his daughter in a room underneath Oscorp. Sergei tries to think about it but then uses the syringe which gives him animal-like abilities and attacks Quinten but Peter gets up and grabs him. Just then they hear a gunshot and Sergei looks down to see a bullet hole in his chest. He falls and we see George standing there holding up a gun. Alex and Otto get Peter out of there while George and Quinten bring Harry to the station to question him about what was going on with Fisk and Sergei working with Oscorp.
