A former fashion model/designer turned high-level thief who has been thwarted by Spider-Man on a couple of occasions. When she discovers there is a new web-slinger, is decides she needs an upgrade. Meets with the Tinkerer and tells him a flying suit is her demand in exchange for his protection. After he fits her into her new costume, she kills him, setting her sights on Spider-Man next.
