Formerly CEO of Oscorp. The company went under and acquired by Alchemax after an incident with some escaped genetically modified, gamma-irradiated spiders. He's tapped by Valentina to take up the mantle of Iron Patriot and become the Next Iron Man. He also gets a serum from the Power Broker that turns him into Green Goblin. He initially has his two personas fight against each other until he crosses paths with Spider-Man.
