Spider-Man is kidnapped by one of his greatest enemies, Doc Ock and is forced to swap minds with known Street criminal, Mac Gargan.
Gargan attempts to ruin Spider-Mans reputations by committing crimes using his body but is thwarted by a certain Speedster.
