Spider-Man finally puts Wilson Fisk behind bars but that leaves a power vacuum in the criminal world and the Inner Demons and other gangs want to fill it, and after stopping a bank robbery, Spider-Man learns that he's not the only one who's trying to stop these gangs as the Smile Precure are in New York City as well.
