George Stacy’s partner Jean De Wolff is killed in her own home causing a massive uproar in New York. Peter is preparing to graduate College with Gwen Stacy. Spider-Man begins working with George who has made it his mission to arrest Spider-Man but he is left with no other choice than to accept Spider-Mans help. Sin Eater develops a fanatic cult around him who see what he is doing as right. Peter tries to reconcile with Flash Thompson and help Gwen do the same with her father.
