Thomas James "Tom" Kenny (born July 13, 1962) is an American actor and comedian, known for his long-running-role as SpongeBob SquarePants in the television series of the same name, as well as the live-action character Patchy the Pirate, Gary the Snail and the French narrator based on Jacques Cousteau. His other voice acting roles include the Narrator and Mayor in the Powerpuff Girls, Heffer in Rocko's Modern Life, Dog in CatDog, Ice King in Adventure Time and Spryo in the Spyro the Dragon video game series. Aside from voice acting, Kenny also starred in the short-lived Fox sketch show The Edge and was a cast member of the HBO sketch comedy program Mr. Show, where he worked with Jill Talley, whom he subsequently married. He also hosted Friday Night Videos on NBC for one year in 1983, and Funday Night at the Movies on TCM in 2007.

Peter is enjoying college life and his superhero career as Spider-Man but his lifelong dream was teaming up with the First Family, The Fantastic Four. Unknown to Peter, someone disguised as Spider-Man sneaks into the Baxter Building and pretends to be trapped to get the four’s attention. The imposter later commits crimes and frames it on the real Spider-Man. With the public shocked, people started to hate Spider-Man which led to his disapproval from the Fantastic Four and his girlfriend, MJ dumping him. Depressed, Peter thinks the imposter is Mysterio and decides to look for him with the help from Black Cat. Meanwhile, a certain group of people believe that Spider-Man didn’t commit these crimes and started a support group to prove he wasn’t guilty. As Peter enters his location, the Mysterium, he discovers a wardrobe full of multiple costumes and the same Spider-Man suit like his. He later discovers that the imposter wasn’t Mysterio, it was the Chameleon. Peter learns that he is working with Mysterio to help him with his schemes, so Spider-Man must expose the Chameleon and get his reputation back…
