In "Spider-Man 4", after the events of No Way Home and the passing of a few years, Peter Parker is determined to retire as Spider-Man to dedicate more time to his family with Mary Jane. However, his decision is abruptly challenged when the newly elected mayor of New York, Wilson Fisk (Kingpin), manipulates public opinion, blaming Spider-Man for crimes he himself is orchestrating. While Fisk recruits a trio of villains to put an end to the neighborhood's friend, Peter finds himself forced back into action. The twist occurs when Peter realizes that his daughters, inspired by their father's legacy, develop special abilities. Now, in addition to facing the villains that have emerged, Peter takes on the new duty of training his daughters, transforming them into superheroes to protect the city. In the midst of this clash, Harry Osborn returns, not as an enemy, but as a reluctant ally, forcing Peter to confront the past and join forces to stop Fisk's conspiracy, with Peter also counting on the help of Flint Marko and Gwen Stacy.
