In this 1980 reimagining of Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man, young science student Peter Parker gains extraordinary abilities after a freak laboratory accident involving a genetically altered spider. Struggling with guilt, responsibility, and loss, Peter must learn what it truly means to be a hero in a dark and unforgiving New York City. As Norman Osborn, a powerful industrialist, experiments with a dangerous chemical formula, he transforms into the unhinged Green Goblin, unleashing terror across the city. With personal bonds shattered and friendships tested — especially with Norman’s troubled son Harry Osborn — Peter faces a brutal choice between his personal happiness and the responsibility that comes with great power.
