A young Peter Parker (Ioan Gruffudd) is bit by a radioactive spider while on a field trip to Oscorp. Upon the bite, he develops supernatural powers. He falls in love with Gwen Stacy (Kiernan Shipka), and loses his friendship with his childhood bestfriend, Harry Osbourne (Charlie Heaton). Upon learning of his newfound powers, two threats come to terrorize the city, and Peter has to stop them. Does the young hero have what it takes?
