Gwen Stacy becomes Spider-Gwen in *The Amazing Spider-Man 3* and helps defeat Agent Venom. Dr. Lyla Bennett, now leading Curt Connors' clone tech post-*TASM 1*, blames Spider-Man for her husband's Sinister Six-related death, intensifying her cloning experiments.
