“Normie”, was the son of Harry Osborn and Liz Allan, and grandson of Norman Osborn I, the original Green Goblin. Because of his father’s death, Normie lived most of his childhood alone, as his mother died of illness. When it was discovered that Normie was the son of Harry Osborn, he became the heir to head of Oscorp Industries. When Normie heard about Spider-Girl, he remembered how Spider-Man had killed his father, and made a vow to kill Spider-Girl, otherwise known as May Parker. Normie made it his mission to find the Goblin Serum that would give him enough strength to kill her.
