Matthew Lyn Lillard (born January 24, 1970) is an American actor, director, and producer. His early film roles include the black comedy Serial Mom (1994) and the crime thriller Hackers (1995). He achieved a career breakthrough for his portrayal of Stu Macher in the slasher film Scream (1996), which bolstered Lillard into the mainstream as a scream king. Afterwards, he starred in prominent roles in SLC Punk! (1998), She's All That (1999), Thirteen Ghosts (2001), and Without a Paddle (2004). He portrayed Norville "Shaggy" Rogers in the live-action movies Scooby-Doo (2002) and Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed (2004), and then later voiced the character in several animated releases, serving as the voice of Shaggy since Casey Kasem retired from the role in 2009. Starting in the 2010s, Lillard was more frequently cast in dramatic roles, in films such as The Descendants (2011), Trouble with the Curve (2012), Match (2014), and Twin Peaks: The Return (2017). He also starred in the NBC series Good Girls (2018–2021). Lillard gained renewed recognition for playing William Afton in the horror film Five Nights at Freddy's (2023); that same year, The Hollywood Reporter praised his return to mainstream popular culture. He has since starred in the fantasy drama film The Life of Chuck (2025). After a big battle with Harry, the sinister 6, and everyone else Spider-Man put in jail, Rodrick Kingsley decides to buy oscorp from Donald menken, he thinks he can control oscorp, create new villains, and become the new big man of crime now Norman Osborn is gone and Harry is in jail. He makes new villains like the prowler, carnage, scorpion, and jackal with the help of Dr Warran, the man that made Liz’s brother Multen man back in season 2. Both Pete and miles morales had a strange fealing now that the goblin is gone for ever someone is going to take his place. Gwen then gets bitten by a radioactive spider and becomes ghost spider. Harry thinks he wants to escape prison for revenge on miles hulk, Steve Rodger’s, Tony stark, and all of Peter’s friends, but after the goblin incident recently. he was put in the same cell Spider-Man was put in to test the vault security system. However, this time the warden made it escape proof. Chameleon will return to make both Pete and miles think Norman Osborn is back and that Rodrick Kingsley is working for him. Kingpin is planning to take over crime in New York as well, and this is going to cause tension between him and Kingsley because they were once friends. He also hires phineas t mason, and hammer head to get all members of the sinister 6, mark allan aka molten man, and the enforcers out of prison to work with the new villains to take down Peter and miles. Harry is angry because he can’t take a part of this plan to take down both Spider-Mans. Menken shows Rodrick the hobgoblin armor incase the plan fails. Pete, miles and captain Stacy gets a call from an unknown caller saying he found out who the new owner of oscorp is.
