In the near future, humanity intercepts a mysterious signal from deep space — a message encoded with complex genetic data and blueprints for "improvement." A powerful biotech corporation, NexGen Industries, secretly creates a human-alien hybrid named Nyx, named after the ancient Greek goddess of night. But Nyx is not merely a biological experiment — she is something far more dangerous: a perfect infiltrator designed by an ancient intelligence beyond the stars.
