Jocelyn Blue (December 30th, 1966) is the voice actress for the norn Eir Stegalkin and a number of other NPCs such as Ziya the Radiant. Her work is most notably known in movies and cartoon series such as Space Jam (Nerdluck Pound), Mad Jack the Pirate, Crusaders of Might and Magic, and Invader Zim.
