Frederic Estes is the main antagonist of The Boss Baby: Back in Business Season 2, he is the leader of the Consortium of Ancients and one of the three secondary antagonists (alongside Bootsy Calico and Happy Sedengry) of Boss Baby GET THAT BABY!. He is Theodore Templeton's third arch-nemesis. He first appeared in Season 2.
