Jordan Two Delta is a fictional character and the deuteragonist of the 2005 science fiction action film The Island. She is the best friend (and later girlfriend) of Lincoln Six Echo, who all live in an isolated compound with other survivors where everybody is told that the outside world has suffered a worldwide contamination via a pandemic and that the only safe place for everybody to go is a place only called the Island. What Jordan doesn't know at first along with Lincoln and the other survivors who live there are that they are actually clones (or agnates) of very wealthy and/or famous people. When Lincoln begins having strange dreams he does not recognize as being his own, he begins to grow suspicious of the compound's despotic and strict environment and isolation, something that concerns Dr. Bernard Merrick, the head of the compound. When Lincoln learns the truth, he runs towards Jordan's quarters and drags her along with him in order escape the compound and find help from a friend of Lincoln's, mechanic James McCord, learning much more of their existence and what their "purposes" are, much to their horror and outrage after being told they are "insurances" of famous/wealthy people, which is a violation of the eugenics laws from 2015. Jordan later learns that she is a clone of a famous supermodel/actress named Sarah Jordan who has been rendered comatose after a fatal car accident, which she is required to have several organ transplants from her "insurance."
