Officer Frederick Philbert "Fred" O'Hanlon is a character in the Barnyard franchise. Fred has the personality of a clumsy, stereotyped cop and doesn't seem to be able to see well, which makes him wear glasses when he's reading. Fred wears a blue police uniform with a badge on one arm and has brown eyes, short brown hair, and a brown mustache. He's a little overweight. He wears glasses only in Cow's Night Out and Otis vs. Bigfoot.
