Holly Vega is Tori and Trina Vega's mother. She's the wife of David Vega. When her daughters get too out of control, she tends to stay out of it. She also apparently has a hard time understanding common sense. She appears to be selfish at times, as seen in Driving Tori Crazy when she made breakfast for herself and didn't make anything for Tori and Trina.
