Hayley is the helicopter in the city. Hayley braves heights, dangers, and inclement weather to provide assistance. Hayley is not afraid of anything, but when she is not out flying, she is parked on the roof of the police station. Hayley's regular pilot is Max. A running gag in the series is that Max always loses Hayley's helicopter keys right when she is needed for an emergency.
