Abby Maitland is a main character in the 2007 science-fiction drama series Primeval. A young zookeeper, Abby is a huge animal lover - especially of reptiles - and joins the Anomaly Research Centre team, where she becomes a field agent who deals with past and future creatures coming to present-day Britain through mysterious time anomalies.
