Detective Sergeant Michael Eugene "Mike" Lowrey is one of the two main protagonists (alongside Marcus Burnett) of the Bad Boys franchise, serving as the deuteragonist of Bad Boys, one of the two main protagonists (alongside Marcus Burnett) of Bad Boys II and Bad Boys: Ride or Die, and the main protagonist of Bad Boys for Life. He is a wealthy ladies man and a detective with the Miami PD. Lowrey is portrayed in each film by Will Smith
