BubbleMan.EXE (バブルマン.ＥＸＥ Baburuman Eguze) is a solo NetNavi from the Mega Man Battle Network series. He has a habit of saying "-blub" at the end of his sentences ("-puku" (プク) in the Japanese version). He is DrillMan's cousin (little brother in Japan).
I've done sorting fancastings for every other popular mon series out there, might as well do this one. Sort characters from series other than Bakugan by what Bakugan attribute they'd have!
