Tumor Fred was one of Frederic's self-portraits that came to life after he witnessed the Visitor. He is found in the bathroom in Frederic's Apartment. Like the other Freds, he is tormented by the cacophonous thoughts of all 9 other portraits. His painting was titled Agony.
