Captain Whisker

Captain Whisker is an antagonist that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. He is a villainous robotic pirate who is somewhat hard to detest due to his clownish nature. Created by Eggman Nega, his purpose was to find and obtain the Jeweled Scepter. In the end, though, he was defeated by Sonic the Hedgehog and his allies.
