Hogarth "Hoagie" Pennywhistle Gilligan, Jr., a.k.a. Numbuh 2 is a fictional character from the 2002-2008 animated series, Codename: Kids Next Door. He is an overweight 12-year-old American boy who enjoys cracking jokes at every chance he sees and loves to eat chili dogs, but is a precocious and prodigious inventor and pilot with a passion for flying.
Numbuh 2 is an agent of the Kids Next Door organization who is also the technology specialist of Sector V and serves as the organization's 2x4 Technology Officer. He wears a sky blue polo shirt, a pair of brown pants, a pair of black and white sneakers, and an old brown aviator's hat with yellow flying goggles with the number 2 etched on it, which is rarely removed and has auburn hair under his hat.
