Moira McArthur is the beloved mother of Red, Stewart, Lola, Nelly, and William McArthur, and the wife of Skeeter McArthur. She had a major role in Butterballs when she was talking to Red about Skeeter about why he is so abusive. She is voiced by Jennifer Howell and first appeared in the pilot episode. Moira has red hair, a black sweater and skirt, and a green shirt.
