Juleka Couffaine is a student in Miss Bustier's class at Collège Françoise Dupont. She is also the younger twin sister of Luka Couffaine. When it's inhabited by Roaar, Juleka becomes Purple Tigress (Tigresse Pourpre in the French version), a tiger-themed superhero with the power of Elation: Clout, which allows the user to perform a powerfully devastating punch.
