Fred Who Bites was one of Frederic's self-portraits that came to life after he witnessed the Visitor. He is found at the back of the hall in Frederic's Apartment. Like the other Freds, he can hear the cacophonous thoughts of all 9 other portraits. His painting was titled Rage.
