Duchess Rowena, is a main antagonist in Barbie in 12 Dancing Princesses. She is King Randolph's cousin. She is brought to the castle to help the king raise his twelve daughters. She seeks to steal the thorne by poisoning Randolph and getting rid of the twelve princess. She is doomed to dance forever when a spell she tried to use on Genevieve backfires. She is voiced by Catherine O'Hara.
