Churro is the Grant-Gomez family's dog and a recurring character in Hamster & Gretel. He's often described as dumb, even by other canine standards, to the point that Kevin regards him as "the opposite of smart". He first appears in the episode "Recipe for Disaster".
In "The Opposite of Smart", he (and Kevin by association) became an internet sensation after being recorded by Fred, who posts the recording online.
