Viktor Rostavili, also known as Viktor Rosta, is the main antagonist of the 1988 action film Red Heat. He is a Georgian drug lord who is the former partner of Ivan Danko. He was portrayed by Ed O'Ross, who also played Itchy in the 1990 film Dick Tracy.
