Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
While on a mission, Sonic gets lost and comes back to the base, seeming different, and after years of trying to find a cure, Sonic has changed and lusts for blood.
