Mark Ballou (born October 12, 1971) is an American actor, best known for being the voice of Rotor the Walrus in the animated television series Sonic the Hedgehog in the first season (1993–1994).
After Robotnik’s fall, Snively seizes control along with the sorcerer Ixis Naugus, whose chaotic magic begins reshaping Mobius. As Sonic and the Freedom Fighters struggle to rebuild their home, while facing political turmoil and new threats.
