Gary "Lipowitz" Dehan is a British voice actor and current CEO of Vyond. He best known for his small role in the English version of Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie (Sonic OVA), as the character Metal Sonic (credited as Hyper Metal Sonic).
After the events of sonic the hedgehog 2, with sonic, tails and knuckles defeating robotnik and his badniks, Green Hills is saved! But it's not over. The team will have to confront robotnik's grandfather who created the shadow project.
