Haru Okumura, also known by her Phantom Thief name Noir, is one of the main characters in the 2016 video game Persona 5. She is a member of the vigilante group, the Phantom Thieves of Hearts, and one of the final members to join the group.
Sonic and his friends receive a mysterious letter from an unknown character, they soon find out that this letter was written by the famous DJ Porter The Lizard, where he invites Sonic and his friends to a dance championship. They all agreed and now they have to show this rhythmic and dancing spirit and win the cup of dance.
